Instructions for authors

The authors can submit a Short Paper or a Full Paper in English.

The Short Paper must have between 2 and 3 pages.

The Full Paper must have between 4 and 8 pages.

Only the works accepted and presented will be published.

Submission

Access EasyChair and submit the completed form with the final paper.

Important Dates

15 May 2025: Deadline for short/full paper Submission
9 June 2025: Acceptance Date
16 June 2025: Final Submission and Registration
2 July 2024: SASYR
